More than 50 years ago, Bob and Tom met in college—not knowing they'd one day co-found one of the South’s top-selling jewelry collections. Through hard work and vision, they built The Cargo Hold and created the Southern Gates Collection, known for its elegant filigree designs.
Their goal? To make it easier for customers to offer beautiful, meaningful jewelry. “There will always be changes and challenges,” Bob says, “but we’re focused on creating new designs and new ways to buy and sell them.” Their journey is all about helping you grow—with jewelry your customers will love.
Meghan White | Accounting
For nearly 17 years, Meghan has been the backbone of our accounting operations—handling everything from accounts receivable and payable to payroll and more. Her attention to detail keeps things running smoothly so customers and team members can count on accuracy and efficiency behind the scenes.

From managing inventory to navigating supply chain challenges, she's all about keeping things running smoothly.
