RETURN POLICY

All returns must be authorized. Please call for a return authorization number.

Damaged or defective items must be returned with 30 days upon receipt. We will replace or issue credit for items with manufacturing defects.
We WILL NOT ACCEPT returns due to wear or negligence. Tarnishing is NOT a defect.

All sales are final after 90 days. Special orders and show deliveries are final. If returned items are not in “new” condition, a 20% restocking charge will apply.

Warranty for all products is 1 year.
